Katherine Catanach (she/her) is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who currently resides on Tiwa land. Katherine provides relational and individual therapy utilizing Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy modalities to support clients. She specializes in life transitions, anxiety, sexual issues, and identity exploration. 

 

Katherine identifies as Queer and is a member of the Zuni Pueblo. She is passionate about providing therapy to folks who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and/or polyamorous or non-monogamous. Katherine strives to work from a trauma informed, systems based, queer-feminist perspective. Katherine’s goal is to ensure everyone feels seen and heard on their journey to healing and fulfillment.

 

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, drawing, cooking, crafting, and caring for her two elderly chihuahuas.
