Clare (she/her) is a clinical social worker specializing in working with adolescents and adults facing challenges such as mood disorders, substance use, anxiety, and PTSD. As a therapist, Clare is dedicated to supporting clients in achieving their goals for a safe and fulfilling life. She integrates principles from Sensorimotor Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Narrative therapy to guide clients in exploring new perspectives on familiar situations, cultivating self-efficacy, and living authentically.
