I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for adults 18+. I received my BSW from Highlands New Mexico University and received my MSW from the University of Washington in 2017. Since then, I have worked as a medical social worker in many different hospital settings including inpatient psychiatry, psychiatric emergency services and in the emergency room at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. In the past few years, I have been able to work in other roles such as social work education, small group facilitation and transition into mental health therapy in the outpatient setting.
I am now practicing in NM and my goal is to provide a holistic and welcoming healing space for your journey. My experiences and values are rooted in social justice, anti-oppression, and collective healing. I utilize interventions such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, trauma informed care and mindfulness with issues pertaining to BIPOC, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions.
